Technical specifications for open invitation to tender
In your RFP nothing is mentioned in regard to outside areas. Does this mean that outside areas are not the responsibility of the contractor (e.g. parking garage, smoking area, main entrance area.

The annual price for daily cleaning should include the main entrance area, access route, staircases and loading bay. The contractor will be responsible for the cleaning of all outside areas with the exception of the facade and art pieces.
