URGEND financial offer form problem with full amount shows only ####

I have a problem with the financial offer form. The full amount does not show up, only #####. The file is restricted and I can not change the format. It shows though when I hover over with the mouse. However, our director has signed this in printed form and I have a scan of this to attach. Can I then upload both, the unsigned Excel file - where you can see the full amount when you hover over the cell PLUS the scan of the Hand signed Version? thanks for your answer in Advance

No need to upload the excel sheet. Please upload a hand signed version where the full amount appears.
