clarification regarding the Financial offer form
The call seeks a coordinating organization that has to mobilize 90 NGOs to monitor the implementation of National Roma Integrations Strategies. Accordingly, a significant proportion of the estimated tender value will go to these NGOs (to be selected by the winning tenderer and approved by the Commission by the time of presenting the so-called inception report). Can we include the amount to these NGOs under "other costs" (line C) in the Financial offer form (Annex 4)?
