Re. the draft contract clause 11.15.1 it is not clear if a Pre-Financing Guarantee and Performance Guarantee will be required for this project. Can you please confirm if these will be required and if they are can you please confirm exactly what you require as a Pre-financing Guarantee and Performance Guarantee (would these need to be provided form our bank)?”

This is EFSA draft standard contract. No pre-financing guarantee or performance guarantee will be required under this contract. Article II.15.5 is applicable when the guarantees are required in art. I.4. In this case, none of them are required in Art. I,4.
