In Annex 1a part II – Media Analysis Services Denmark under guidelines for quantitative analysis point 5, are reported speaker described as speakers that is mentioned in a article, but it is not clear whether the speaker has to make a comment/speak in the article in order to be tagged. Infomedia wish to ask if the European Parliament can clarify this?

The reported speaker should be tagged only if it is quoted in the article analysed not if he is only mentioned.
