WP7= Conference costs
In relation to the conference costs could you please clarify if the costs should also cover the travelling expenses of the audience or only of the invited speakers and experts that will be expected to be actively involved ?

For both work packages 6 and 7 the contractor will have to bear the travel and the subsistence expenses only for invited speakers/experts, but not for the other participants (audience) and Commission staff, who are expected to cover these costs from their own funds.
