Which are the countries under the stabilisation and association agreements listed in footnote 5 on page 5 of the tender specifications having access to the present call for tender?

Footnote 5 should read: "Currently Albania, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo." Please note that tenderers from Moldova do not have access to the market as for this country certain conditions with regards to access to EU public procurement have not been met yet.
