Clarification regarding Article I.10.2 of the draft contract
How should section I.10.2. of the draft contract read?

Article I.10.2. should read: "All pre-existing rights incorporated in the results, if any, are licensed to the Union as set out in Article II.13.2." The second paragraph of Article I.10.2 is not applicable and therefore shall be deleted in the final contract.
