In section 5.2.1 of the Technical Specifications, the alternative requirement of a successful track record refers to assignments in: (i) “EU legislation and policies” or (ii) “evaluations in the field of EU legislation and policies” Please clarify.

The specification makes a reference to "at least 12 years of experience in the one or more of the following areas: evaluations under EU policies and legislation; implementation of EU legislation and policies; single market legislation for products and harmonised standards." Those three areas are separated in the text by ";"
