Regarding points 2.1 to 2.6 of the Tender Specifications pg 54 and evidence required in pg 56, could you please clarify which criteria corresponds to the team and which to the tenderer? Particularly, we would like to know for which criterion we need to provide evidence in the form of a list of services in the past 6 years? As per requirements in pg 56, such a list should be provided for criterion 2.3 and 2.4, however 2.3 covers linguistic abilities to draft reports in English and 2.4 in our understanding is the criteria for the team. Further, it is not specified, but we assume evidence for criterion 2.5 should also be provided in the form of a list of services, could you please confirm?

The list of services refers to selection criteria 2.1 and 2.2 as indicated and might also be used for criterion 2.5; in this case, please highlight the items concerning evaluations in the field of standardisation or EU legislation and policies The above reference to selection criteria 2.3 and 2.4 concerns "a) the educational and professional qualifications of the service provider or contractor and/or those of the firm's managerial staff …"
