Please, advise may envisaged regular progress review meetings be held using widespread teleconferencing techniques (e.g. Skype for Business or similar) and only quarterly and annual reviews be held in person.

In principle, all participants in contractual meeting shall be present in person. On exceptional occasions, the Court can accept participation by video conferences.
