Otázka	The instructions included in rows 14 and 17 make a reference to the contractor’s mark-up and to an optional discount index for ERA. However, there is no other reference to these terms in the other sheets. Should we disregard them as non-applicable? If not, please provide further clarifications and amend the Financial proposal form as necessary.
