Subcontracting / Freelancers
a) In our tender we intend to propose a subcontractor and our understanding is that the documents requested on subcontractor’s part are the following: 1. Part III, Section 19, Form 4 - "Declaration on honour concerning the exclusion and selection criteria". 2. An assurance of undertaking, only in case if the tenderer relies on the subcontractors’ capacities to fulfil the selection criteria 3. Form 3.3 B) - Letter of intent Please confirm our understanding, or otherwise clarify. b) Moreover, could you please confirm that in case we are submitting with our offer a freelancer’s CV, the only document requested from his/her side is a signed Letter of Intent, using the Form 3.3 B)?

a) No. Concerning sub-contractors, please follow instructions provided in Annex V to Tender specifications -“Checklist of documents to be submitted with the tender”. b) In case of subcontracting of freelancers, the same instructions apply as for subcontractors.
