Tax exemption
1- There is no place to show separately the taxes in the financial form. This form contains place for the values VAT exclusive 2- Is there any way to be tax exempted if we dont have local offices in each of the countries, while implementing this training programme?

As indicated in the tender specifications, in the financial offer form prices must be quoted free of all duties, taxes and other charges, including VAT, as the European Union is exempt from such charges under Articles 3 and 4 of the Protocol on the privileges and immunities of the European Union. After the contract signature the contractor will receive from the respective EU office a confirmation of VAT exemption to be used according to applicable rules.
