Due to the holidays many contacts are absent and therefore it is not always possible to receive certificates of satisfactory execution of a project in time. Is it permissible to deliver the certificates of satisfactory at a later date?

Due to the fact that this call runs during the holiday period we have already increased the period that the call remains open by 2 weeks. For reasons of equal treatment of tenderers we cannot give you a positive answer that you can submit an offer with no certificates of satisfactory execution of a project.
