Service contract I.4.3 Price. Reimbursement of expenses: “Reimbursement of expenses is not applicable to this contract.”
Would it be acceptable to EDA to reimburse direct expenses in relation to the provision of the services such as travel and hospitality provided duly justified supporting documents or on the basis of flat rates (by application of sections II.22.1 and II.22.2)?

The maximum value of the contract is EUR 250 000. Reimbursement of expenses, price revision and renewals are not applicable to this contract. Consequently, all foreseen expenses are to be included in the quoted prices.
