Terms of Reference/Technical Requirements Procedures and Formalities – Overview Pattern
In the Terms of Reference, page 14, it is stated that “the pattern used for the documentation needs for Indonesia (see the sample of import overview in Annex 1) shall be used as a guideline concerning the type of information to be included and the structure of the text”. The example overview file (Indonesia) according to Annex 1 - Technical requirements, SECTION II – Import Formalities, item 4.3. does however appear rather to be a technical example in comparison with current and complete country overviews as displayed in the Procedures and Formalities Section of the MADB. May the overview as contained in the current dataset for Indonesia and displayed in the Procedures and Formalities section of the MADB serve as a guideline concerning the type of information to be included and the structure of the text?
