You state that you would like to have additional fees for sanitary consumables, this indicates that you only want the consumables and not the dispensers. When this is the case the current supplier will have a significant advantage, because the main tenderer can only choose this supplier since the consumables will only fit in their dispensers. After all the consumables are fully aligned with the dispensers. We ask Eurojust to create a level playing field recounting subscribers have a choice of the best partner (subcontractor) in sanitary supplies by asking tenderes to offer consumables and dispensers for the Eurojust building. Does Eurojust agree? Otherwise can you give a more detailed explanation?

The sanitary supplies for the hospitality floors (-2, -1 and 0) are included in the build of the new premises. The remaining supplies will be purchased from the new supplier and thus not be those of the current supplier.
