Vprašanje
IT. Section 1.2.3 says ‘The IT resources for fulfilling all WPs shall be provided by the contractor’. It is assumed that this means IT used by the contractor, at the contractor’s premises during routine and ongoing project work, effectively during WPs 100, 200, 500, 600 and 700. Is this assumption correct?

In general this understanding is correct. However, for activities where the contractor has to work off own premises (e.g. Progress meetings with EDA, Planning conferences for the exercise) the contractor is expected to use its own mobile IT (e.g. Laptops) to fulfill its tasks. It cannot be expected that EDA (or the conference hosting organization) provides IT for such off premises activities of the contractor beyond those addressed in chapter 1.4.3 for WP300 and WP400 and 1.8.3 for WP700.
