Ab wann wird diese Funktion freigeschaltet? The electronic submission of tenders via https://etendering.ted.europa.eu/cft/cft-display.html?cftId=2315 is not possible. When will this function be available?

Das Problem ist gelöst. Die Funktion "Ein Angebot einreichen" ist jetzt verfügbar. The problem has been solved. The function "Submit a tender" is now available.
