Could you please clarify if the certificates of satisfactory execution could be used as a proof of satisfaction from the client or if it necessary to get the Reference to similar contracts’ Confirmation signed by each client?

The certificates of satisfactory execution could be used as a proof of satisfaction from the client whenever the data requested in the referred criteria and in the Reference to similar contracts form are brought, including the signature of the client. Otherwise you will have to add the latter form. Los certificados de acreditativo de buena ejecución pueden servir como prueba de satisfacción por parte del cliente, siempre y cuando se aporte los datos requeridos en el criterio en cuestión y en el formulario “Referencia a contratos similares”, incluyendo la firma del cliente. En caso contrario, deberán presentar igualmente el formulario anterior.
