Definition of "delivery of the training"
In the tender specification, derivations of the phrase “delivery of the training” is used. What do you mean by this? Does this refer to physically teach the training, and thus training hours (deliver the training as a product) or deliver the materials used for the training (deliver products for the training)?

"Delivery of the training" refers to physically teaching the training, therefore it is about training hours.
