Financial offer form
We understand from part E of the "Structure and content of the tender" (Section 1.6 of the Tender Specifications) that the financial offer must include a total fixed price and the breakdown into unit prices under three cost categories (professional fees, travel and subsistence expenses, and other costs). Could you please confirm that there is not a specific template or form to follow for the financial offer?

We confirm there is no specific template or form to follow for the financial offer as long as the instructions provided under Section 1.6 of the Tender Specifications (breakdown of the total fixed price) are respected.
