Regulatory capacity ("Tenderers must prove that they are allowed to pursue the professional activity necessary to carry out the work subject to this call for tenders."): Should we submit the evidence with the tender or will the evaluation base on the evidence uploaded in the "Participant Register of the Participant Portal"? Which action is required from tenderers to fulfill 4.2.2?
