Can the same reference project be presented as the most important one in two different criteria? If yes, can the same certificate of satisfactory execution be used for these two criteria?

A delivered service/reference project can, if relevant, be presented as the most important one for more than 1 criterion. In that case, the same certificate of satisfactory execution can be used.
