In the case of Croatia, as there is no ERDF/CF/ESF/etc. yet, is IPA experience accepted?

With regard to the Country Team Leader and Country Team Members for Croatia, it is acceptable to replace experience in one or more fields covered by the CSF-Funds with relevant IPA experience. In this context, IPA refers to the EU Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance. Hence, with regard to Croatia, the second bullet point in paragraphs [171] and [175] on page 33 of the tender specifications reads as follows: "- 5 years or more of post-graduate experience in one or more fields covered by IPA and/or CSF-Funds and/or climate change in the country concerned".
