Technical capacity
Python certification is listed in the Tender Specifications. As far as we know there are no official certifications in Python. Therefore, a certificate of a training course in this software package (e.g. ESRI's course Scripts Generation with Python in ArcGIC (10.1)") would be enough to comply with the requirement. Please confirm our understanding is correct.
