EDA PT CD meetings. Recognising that EDA PT CD meetings can be used for exercise planning purposes, and for the final presentation under WP 700, and acknowledging that these dates may be open to negotiation, what is the likely timing of EDA PT CD meetings in 2017 and 2018?

For 2017 the envisaged dates for the Project Team meetings are: • 7-9 March 17 (2 full days and 1 day reserve) • 6-8 June 17 (2 full days and 1 day reserve) • 24-26 October 17 (2 full days and 1 day reserve) The dates for 2018 are not fixed yet but can, at this stage, be indicatively envisaged as follows: • February/early March 18 • Early June 18 • October/November 18
