Could you please indicate how we should identify individual experts involved on a freelance basis and which documents are requested with the tender? Could you please also clarify if they should be identified as subcontractors in the e-submission application?

Individual experts involved on a freelance basis must be identified as subcontractors in the e-submission application and thus join the documents as listed in Annex 6.7
