Answer n.21 and Clarification on part B section 1 staff of the Financial proposal
It seems that there is a discrepancy in the questions and answers provided under n.21 as well as in the translations (part A; part B, etc..) , could you please correct them? In particular it is not totally clear the answer given on the difference between part A and Part B. As far as we understand it is clarified that part A refers to management costs and resources (such as the sw) while part B refers to services listed under specific services and event support services. Could you confirm it? If this is the right interpretation, could you please clarify, in order to allow us to propose a reaslistic quotation, how the profiles of the contract manager and of the event coordinators should be involved? For instance, it is not clear why it is requested to quote the cost for the contract manager as it should be already included in the management fee per event (part A) Parece que hay una discrepancia en las preguntas y respuestas dado en N.21 asi en la traducción (parte A, parte B, etc). ¿Podrían confirmarlo? Parece que no está totalmente claro la diferencia entre parte A y parte B. Según entendido, parte A hace referencia a la gestión de costes y recursos (como el sw), mientras parte B hace referencia a servicios listados bajo servicios específicos y servicios de apoyo a eventos. ¿Pueden confirmarlo? Si es el caso, pueden clarificar (para hacer una propuesta realista), ¿cómo se debería de incluir los perfiles de gestor de contrato y de coordinador de eventos? No está claro, por ejemplo, porque se debería ofertar para el gestor de contrato cuando ya debería estar incluido en el coste por evento en parte A.

The Framework contract has been established to accommodate the various possible needs of the Office. This includes different types of purchasing from “fixed price”, “quoted times and means” and “time and means”. As a result, for the Office there is no discrepancy. El contrato marco está establecido para cubrir las posibles necesidades de la Oficina. Se prevé distintos tipos de compras desde “fixed price” hasta “times and means.” Por tanto, la Oficina no considera que haya discrepancia alguna.
