What does "extra muros" mean? Outside the Frontex Headquarters, e.g. in an EU member state on the spot? If not, what does "intra muros" mean?

The tasks under this “Contract” shall be performed “extra muros” at the site of the awarded contractor (preparations of CME, preparation and review of documents, preparation of reports,…), and “intra muros” at FRONTEX premises (for carrying out trainings, interviews, meetings and exercises), or a combination of both.
