Technical capacity criterion
Can a project useful to cover criterion A1, be used to cover also criterion A2, for example? Shall we provide a certificate of satisfactory execution for all projects, also those where the contracting authority was the European Commission itself?

The same projects can be used to cover both criterion A1 and A2, provided that these projects are capable of providing evidence for both the required experience in the fields specified under A1 and the required capacity to work in EU official languages including at least English. Providing a certificate of satisfactory execution of projects relevant to criteria A1 and A2 would be an advantage; it is however not a mandatory element of the evidence.
