Concerning the supporting documents/evidence requested for 5.3. Selection of economic operators; Criterion 5.3.3 a) Previous Contract, some of the EU-Institutions are delivering their template with the mention: “This contract has been performed according to the contractual terms”. Can you confirm us that this wording, slightly different with your proposed “specifying whether the services have been carried out in a professional manner in compliance with the contractual terms“ is acceptable?
