Staffing volume of the service contract - team lead position
You state in the tender specifications that the present staff working under this contract is 3 staff and 1 team leader (i.e. 4 staff in total). For the new contract you request 3 staff to be provided. Does this request of 3 staff under the new contract include a team leader and does a team leader have to be provided as well?

The requested 3 staff members do not include a team leader. The team leader will continue to be a member of ECHA staff.
