Please could you clarify if the contractor is required to undertake the translation of the executive summary and abstract into French and German and bear this cost? Is the Contractor obliged to use the Commission's own translation services?

The consultant is required to undertake the translation of the executive summary and abstract into French and German and to bear the associated costs. The consultant cannot make use of the Commission's internal translation services.
