Tender specification - 3.2.2 Economic and Financial capacity
Under "Evidence" "profit and loss accounts and balance sheets for the last two years for which accounts have been closed from each concerned involved entity OR a statement of overall turnover and of yearly turnover for the last three financial years for the type of services covered by this call for tenders from each concerned 18 involved entity OR appropriate statements from banks attesting the good accountability from each concerned involved entity OR evidence of a professional risk indemnity insurance from each concerned involved entity. The most recent year must have been closed within the last 18 months." - the requirements are formed as in providing one of the above, but under this section, a line stating ALL of the above evidence must be provided with tender. Can you please clarify providing one excludes having to provide the other? So for example, if P/L accounts and balance sheet is provided, we do not need to provide the rest below it?

Please note that one of the documents on the list would be sufficient as evidence for the Economic and Financial capacity.
