Question
With regards to subcontractors conditions, is there any limitation to the budget percentage destined to subcontractors with respect to consortium partners and/or any limitation about the roles/types of task that subcontractors can cover in the project?

There are no limitations in terms of budget percentage when it comes to subcontracting or consortia. Tasks provided for in the contract may be entrusted to subcontractors, but the contractor retains full liability towards the contracting authority for performance of the contract as a whole. Accordingly, EASA treats all contractual matters (e.g. payments) exclusively with the contractor, whether or not the tasks are performed by a subcontractor.
