Question
Regarding the support team for lot 3, whilst no CVs are required, are tenderers expected to provide a list of all support team members and their language skills, as is requested for Lot 2? Or is it a description of the support team structures, specialist skills and overall capacities which is expected, without necessarily providing a list of individuals?

The tenderer is free to set out their methodology within the structure given in Annex B III - 'The content below is not exhaustive and should be completed by any aspect the tenderer considers are relevant to the assignment.' A list of names of all the support team members and their language skills can be included if the tenderer wishes to do so.
