With respect to Lot 2, could you please specify the anticipated proportion of work to be assigned to intra-muros experts vs. extra-muros experts?

As indicated in the Tender Specifications – Part 1 (section 1.4) work will be carried out by intra-muros experts (predominantly junior profiles) and/or by extra-muros experts (mainly the senior profiles). The contracting authority reserves the right to request a specific allocation of the intra-muros vs extra-muros resources at the time of the implementation of the contract. The tenderers are invited to read the Tender Specifications and in particular the selection criterion T2-LOT2 and the model financial tender- LOT2 in Annex 7.
