Format of CVs
Section 12.2.3 requires "CVs detailing the educational and professional qualifications of the firm’s managerial staff as well as those of the staff designated to provide the services, indicating language skills and the required professional experience". Should a specific format/template be used for these CVs, or may the CV format be freely chosen by the tenderer ?

No specific format for the CV is required; For the purpose of a meaningful assessment of the tender, it is, however, recommended that the CV contains appropriate details on the educational and professional qualifications as well as the language skills of the person concerned, as provided in the Europass model.
