page 15 concerning "Accomodation Management": Would the accomodation be under the control of the Training Managers?

The system shall be capable to manage hybrid scenarios where accommodation are under direct control of the “dispatcher” (e.g. Management and reservation of Military Accommodation) but also the management of 3rd party accommodation (e.g. hotels reservations) should be possible.
