For criterion 3, could you please clarify what you mean by sector/levels of education and training. Do you mean in the topic of education or do you mean that stakeholders are coming from different levels of education?

When the technical specifications mention ‘sector/level of education’ they refer to organisations and stakeholders coming from different levels of education such as primary, secondary, tertiary or coming from different sectors of education such as formal (schools, universities, vocational education, etc.) and non-formal education (libraries, competence centres, etc.).
