Our project billings and invoices are confidential information to our clients. Can we instead attest that each project listed has a value that exceeds EUR 100,000?

A priori, this appears acceptable. Ultimately, however, it is for the Evaluation Committee to assess whether a piece of evidence is sufficient or not, and it will request clarifications if needed.
