Draft work programme
In section 1.4.4, it is mentioned that ‘Tenderers are invited to propose a draft annual WP in the tender’. Should the annual work programme only cover the first contractual year, or are the tenderers expected to provide a draft annual work programme covering also the following two years? We understand it should be for one year only, but would be grateful for your confirmation of this issue.
