Payment of EIT closing days
Concerning the EIT closing days, is our understanding correct, that the Contractor shall pay the Interim Agents for these days which would not fall on a weekend or a public holidays (approximately 17 days per year)?

The EIT will pay for the days worked, therefore, as described in the Tender specifications, the non-working days will not be invoiced to the Contracting Authority. Please note that some of the EIT holidays fall on Hungarian public holidays, therefore there is an overlap.
