Will the European Commission offer any trainings to the selected contractor on how the assessments should be conducted based on the methodology and criteria outlined in the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/821?

No, the Commission does not foresee offering trainings on the alignment assessment process. The selected project manager is expected to have at least two years experience in sustainability consulting and assessment (Criterion T3 in the Tender Specifications).
