Question
In Ted etendering web, forms and documents to be filled in are all in pdf files, and, therefore, it is not possible to write on then. So, are TENDER FORMS availablein Word format or should the contractor build their own words docs from the pdf? Thank you very much.

All the Tender Forms are given at the end of the tender specifications document. The standard forms to most of our tenders are also available in word and excel format for you to fill in on our Europa website: http://ec.europa.eu/environment/funding/calls_en.htm on the left side of the page.
