Can you please clarify the answer to question 8. It is important to know whether Eurostat will ask us to focus on one city or if Eurostat will choose among our suggested cities. It is indeed very difficult to make our pricing if we have no idea of the cities yet. For instance if we budget to organise it in Georgia or Armenia or Turkye and you ask us to organise it in Nordic countries, you can imagine that the price will be totally different.

Eurostat will decide on the city for the HLS based on various factors, including the geopolitical situation. Eurostat may ask for the contractor’s advice. With some exceptions in the early HLS, the HLS have taken place in either ENP-countries or in countries bordering ENP-countries. Geopolitical and other conditions permitting, the HLS are expected to be organised in either ENP-countries or in countries bordering ENP-countries. The cities where the HLS for EECCA have taken place so far are: Tbilisi, Georgia (2012,2022); Chişinău, Republic of Moldova (2014, 2019); Kyiv, Ukraine (2018); Minsk, Belarus (2016 & 2017*); Riga, Latvia (2015); Vilnius, Lithuania (2013); Athens, Greece (2011), Cologne, Germany (2010). *Statistical cooperation with Belarus is currently suspended.
