Please describe how long is the required time frame and performance service level from order start to delivery of file or duplicates?

It is up to the tenderer to describe the time frame within which he is able to provide the files and duplicates as clearly requested in question nr 39 of Annex II (Technical Specifications) to the Invitation to tender as well as in the columns "Delivery time" of the respective price tables of Annex VI (Standard Tables Financial Offer) to the Invitation to tender. The tenderer should keep in mind that the delivery deadlines (emergency procedures, flexibility) are one the quality award criteria for the evaluation of the offers for this call for tender as stated clearly in point 9.1 of Annex I (Tender Specifications) to the Invitation to tender.
