Subject	Management of teleconferences
Question	In the tender specification it says: "Upon EFSA request, the contractor may be asked to attend a tele-conference after each training session and at any time during the 24 months, to discuss the progress of the work and, if necessary, present the plan for modification and improvement." Will EFSA manage the invitations to the teleconferences or will the contractor manage the invitations?
